Low Mood and Depression
Difficult events and experiences can leave us in low spirits or cause depression.
It could be relationship problems, bereavement, sleep problems, chronic illness or pain.
Sometimes it is possible to feel down without there being an obvious reason.

- CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) Helpline: 0800 58 58 58 - works to prevent male suicide and offers support services for any man who is struggling or in crisis. The services are open 5pm–midnight daily and are free, anonymous and confidential.
- Living Life to the Full offers free online courses to help you understand your feelings and their causes, build your confidence and find solutions to help you feel happier or calmer.
